From base GTS 118's own records: each recipe (COBJ) as its item page shows it, with the conditions the game checks before it shows the recipe at the bench. "Unlock" means it asks for a quest, a book, an item, a setting or something else first, in the records' own terms. A setting already on when a game starts isn't listed, though a mod menu could turn it off. A bench a mod adds goes by its keyword's name in the files.
