Everyone called Gilsi (2)

Each is a record of its own in the game, with its own page and console IDs. Some are one character placed again for a later part of a story, some are different people: the files don't say which.

From base GTS 118's own records: the winning copy of Gilsi3DNPC (3DNPC.esp). Where: where the game places them as a game starts; people walk about, so they are not always there.
