Enemies here
8 enemy types: 6 people, 1 creature, 1 animal. Each links to its strength, resistances and what it carries.
Leveled ones: some enemies here are stand-ins the game fills when the area loads, each from a list, by your level. They can turn into these; the number is how many stand-ins here can give it, the most widespread first: Giant (2), Mammoth (2).
Can come later: these start switched off, until a quest or an event brings them: Imperial Soldier, Adventurer, Argonian, Bandit Scout, Thief, Hunter.
Radiant quests
11 radiant quests can send you here: Bounty: Giant (Bounties), The Break of Dawn (Daedric quests), Amulets of Night Power (Dawnguard), Rings of Blood Magic (Dawnguard), Kill a Giant (Missives), Giants of Whiterun Hold (More to Say), Fetch Me That Book! (Obscure's College of Winterhold), Fetch me that Book! (The College of Winterhold), Shalidor's Insights (The College of Winterhold), Family Heirloom (The Companions), Bounty: Daedric Relic (VIGILANT).

In Jay's changelog
What Jay's changelog for GTS says about it, newest revision first. A later revision can have changed it again; the rest of this page is what base GTS does now.
- V97 Lawbringer - Guardsman: Update also includes two new claimable locations... Blindcliff Cave, and Sleeping Tree Camp. Sleeping Tree Camp in particular allows you to give the tree to different “interesting” factions for their benefit. No spoilers.
From base GTS 118's own records: the winning copy of SleepingTreeCampLocation (LCO_SleepingTreeCamp.esp). Level: the place's encounter zone, as the records set it. The game sets a place's level from yours, kept between its lowest and highest; GTS's Encounter Zones Unlocked keeps it following you rather than fixed at your first visit. People: where the game places them as a game starts; they walk about.
