Player homes
- Harborside A house on the Solitude docks, from the mod Harborside with its Buyable Home Patch. The Notice of Sale beside its door sends you to Sayma at Bits and Pieces in Solitude, who has the key. It's worth 6,000 gold, and like anything in a shop it costs you more than that; how much more depends on your Speech and perks. The key opens the house's door. In GTS the trapdoor down to its cellar is switched off, so only the rooms on the docks can be used.
- Proudspire Manor Buy it for 25,000 gold from Falk Firebeard, the steward in the Blue Palace in Solitude, once Jarl Elisif thinks highly of you; Elisif's Tribute does that. Only her friendship counts, so if the Stormcloaks take Solitude and send her away, the house may never come up for sale.
